In this section I’m going to mention some of the projects I have designed, coordinated and followed through completion while collaborating with one of the key corporation (Paul & Douglas Sprinklers Ltd.) in the fire protection industry at this time in GTA.

·         “Brampton Performing Arts” – 2004

-     An excellent new concept for performing arts centre coordinated by Adelt Mechanical Works Ltd. and executed by P & D Sprinklers Ltd. Design, calculation and coordination executed by myself in 2004/2005.

·         “Bay and Dundas Building” – 2005/2006

-     Another big mechanical project designed calculated and field coordinated for P&D Sprinklers and having Urban Mechanical engineering team as mechanical contractor.

·         “York Archives and Research Building” - 2007

-     Beside the traditional sprinkler/fire stand pipe systems; this building is protected also by a new fire protection technology known as “mist system”. This new technology was incorporated in the fire protection system that protects the building beside the traditional systems (sprinkler/fire pipe) in order to protect high valuable artifacts of an archive against fire and water damage. The design of this concept was performed by P&D Sprinklers in collaboration with Smith & Anderson and Modern Niagara Inc. and the design of the misting system was executed by Vipond System Group. My roll on this project was to design and calculate the sprinklers/ fire stand pipe systems and also to coordinate the installation of the systems with all other trades.

·          “University of Toronto – Mississauga”, “University of Toronto – Scarborough”, “Centennial College Library and Academic Facility”

-    All the above mentioned names represent ongoing projects, design by myself on behalf of Paul & Douglas Sprinklers. Ltd.
